STEP 1: Fill out the online Sign-Up form below for the participant. Upload ONE photo; this photo will be used only for internal use by MCI Event. All ages are welcome to Sign-Up including Adults.
STEP 2: After the Sign-Up form is completed and submitted with a one time Photoshoot fee you will receive all photoshoot details via text from 615-881-4391 to include location details and call time. Save this number in your contacts, this will be your main point of contact.
STEP 3: After the photoshoot you will be emailed a link to download your pictures. You will have all rights to your photography.
STEP 4: Use your new Industry Photography to upload to use for all your Industry needs.

The Deadline to register is 24 hours prior to any of the listed Photoshoot Dates below. Signing up within the 24 hour time frame cannot guarantee a call time slot.
